Initial Contact & Consulatation

We’ll schedule an initial consultation (phone or in-person) with our Clinical Director to discuss your child’s needs and history, review your goals for therapy, explain our services and the ABA model and to provide guidance on next steps.

Paperwork and Insurance Verification

Families will complete required forms. We will verify your benefits and confirm we are an in-network provider, contact your insurer for pre-authorization (if required) and assist with paperwork or referrals as needed.

Assessment and Evaluation 

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive assessment to identify skill areas and behavioral needs, observe your child in the home or clinic and develop an individualized treatment plan.

step 04

Service Planning & Begin Services

Once the assessment and treatment plan are approved by the family and are sent out to insurance for approval, we’ll match your child with a behavior technician and supervising BCBA. We will then begin the therapy process.
