Hayley began her career as an ABA Therapist in 2014 after earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She then went on to get her Masters degree in Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018. Since becoming a Behavior Analyst, Hayley has dedicated herself to the school, home, and clinic settings, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse needs. The focus of her services is to provide the most compassionate, individualized care possible. Her goal is to ensure that the treatment she provides is meaningful, engaging, and tailored to each child’s needs.
Jessica McCasland, MS, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Jessica McCasland, M.S., BCBA, began working in the field in 2011 as a Behavior Technician and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019 after earning her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis. Jessica believes that every child has unique strengths and abilities and strives to create a supportive, positive environment where learning can thrive. She is passionate about partnering with families to develop individualized treatment plans that focus on functional communication, independence, social skills, and improving quality of life.
Michael Musial
Lead Behavior Technician
Michael began his career as a Behavior Technician in 2017, after earning his undergrad degree from Southern Connecticut State University. Having gained extensive experience across home, school, and clinic settings, he developed a passion for the field and chose to advance his professional journey. He is currently pursuing a degree in Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis at Russell Sage College, with the goal of becoming a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Known for his compassionate approach, Michael excels at providing high-quality care and specializes in building strong, trusting rapport with both clients and their families.
