Hayley Ninteau, MS, BCBA - Owner - Clinical Director

Hayley began her career as an ABA Therapist in 2014 after earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology. With a growing passion for the field, she pursued advanced training and completed a Master of Science in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at Russell Sage College. Since graduating in 2018, Hayley has worked as a Behavior Analyst across school, home, and clinic settings, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Sound Behavior Services was established in the summer of 2025 with a mission to deliver compassionate, inclusive, and individualized in-home ABA services. Our focus is on partnering with families to provide high-quality care that meaningfully addresses skill deficits and promotes lasting success for each child.
